I love the twist and

I love the twist and shape.good value for money .true to picture.was a bit worried at first .but as you get used to it it's great.since getting this I have dropped half a stone in 4weeks with a 2000 cal diet.so it's a big thumbs up from me.

Hi, i just got my

Hi, i just got my Twist and shape and have just started using it. I am really overweight and was surprised to find that this product is very solid indeed. It is is so much fun to use and i just love to use it. After a week, i have noticed a difference," all be it Small" in my waistline and in the amount of reps that i can do now compared to when i first used it. I have problems with my spine, yet i find this so easy and effective to use. I studied Traditional Chinese martial arts for some 18 years, and it took some time to build my core up, this however is a God send and i wish i had discovered it a long time ago. TBH, i can`t get enough of it. Just get it as it`s fabulous!

Seems to work

It seems to work very well unfortunately ive had to stop using it at the moment due to a certain illness but will be back on the horse so to speak soon as I can .i did see a difference after a week now just waiting to carry on

Really good was impressed with it absolutely love great experience and burns calories really would recommend this item easy to use and easy to put together folds up for easy storage glad I bought it I now enjoy exercising and cannot wait to use best exercise equipment I have bought in a long time well worth the money
